Hey folks!

We are thrilled that the ‘Week of Prayer’ is here! In this email you will find all the info you need to engage fully in this week.

We are praying this week in two main categories, a “Big Prayer’ that is something personal we would invite you to bring before God this week and then we are praying for God’s vision for Berwick Baptist.

The week of prayer has three main components or ways we would encoruage you to be involved: 1) the daily prayer guide, 2) Zoom prayer meetings, 3) a Night of Prayer and Worship.

Daily Prayer Guide

We have created a prayer guide that we hope will help facilitate a personal time of prayer each day during the week. This guide provides prayer prompts and leads us through praying each day.

If you were in church today you would have had the chance to grab a physical copy of the guide. For those who were unable to be there today you can find a digital copy at the link below.

We will be praying about the vision of Berwick Baptist Church this week, and in the prayer guide, we will encourage you to capture what God is saying in a ‘Vision Paragraph.’ This is simply an attempt to capture what God might be saying about the future direction of our church. At the end of the week send us your vision paragraph using this link:

Zoom Prayer Meetings

Three times during the week, we will gather on Zoom for a prayer meeting. This will be a time to pray together for one another and to pray about specific items and themes as a church. We have scheduled this at different times during the day in hopes that at least one will work for everyone.

The three Zoom prayer meetings will be on

1. Monday April 7th, 8:00 pm

2. Wednesday April 9th, 12:00 pm

3. Friday April 11th, 6:30 am

So an evening, lunch hour and early morning time slot!

Night of Prayer and Worship

To wrap up the week we will gather next Sunday, April 13th at 6pm for a special night of prayer and worship.

Here, we will worship together, pray with and for one another, have some time to celebrate what God has done during the week, reflect on what we have heard from God, and hopefully experience the presence of God together.

We think this will be an awesome and meaningful way to wrap up the week of prayer together. We hope to see you there!
