Light the Nights THIS SATURDAY!

Family Glow Fest is an exciting event we are hosting as part of Berwick’s Light the Nights event this week. If you know anyone with kids who would enjoy playing on some bouncy castles, invite them to join us!

It is happening on Saturday, February 15th, from 9-12 at the Berwick Town Hall gym. This fun, free, family event is all about spreading joy into our community.

I would love your help with something. As part of the event I am working on a video that shares about how Jesus is the light of the world. And I have been wondering. How has Jesus been the light of the world for you? If you would, hit reply to this email and in a few sentences tell me how Jesus is the light of the world to you.

New Members Course- March 23rd

Interested in membership? We are hosting a New Members Course on March 23rd. That’s a Sunday! The course will run from 3:30-5(ish), and then we will share supper! If you have kids, we would love to arrange childcare if that would help you.

During the course you will learn a bit about what church membership is and why we practice it, some history of our church and a bit about where we are headed as a church. We would love to have you join us.

What We Are Celebrating

Volunteers for Light the Night!

With the Family Glow Fest event coming up this Saturday, we are celebrating that we have had lots of people say yes to helping out with the event in some capacity. Thank you! We have 16 people coming to the event as volunteers.

We can only do things like this to share Jesus with our community when we pull togetherr as a team. Thanks for saying yes!

Food Pantry Success

We want to celebrate a succesful two-week stink of stocking the Food Pantry. Thank you to everyone who brought food or monetary donations for this initiative!

The Food Pantry is a partnership between the four churches in Berwick that aims to provide access to food through a ‘food pantry’ in front of Town Hall. We believe this is a fantastic opportunity to join Jesus in mission as we meet a practical need in the community.

We love that we get to be involved in serving our community in this way.

One Prayer This Week

Pray this week for the Family Glow Fest event that we are hosting as part of the Light the Nights event in Berwick.

• Pray that we would spread joy to those families who come to the event.

• Pray for the overall well-being of each person at the event.

• Pray that each person will experience Jesus as the Light of the World.

• Pray that folks would follow the link on the postcard we give out and that the Holy Spirit would move them towards Jesus.
