CHey church family!

In this email, you will find important documents that will help you prepare for our Church Family Chat coming up this Saturday, October 25th, at 6pm.

During this meeting, we will discuss changes being proposed to our Constitution and Governance structure. You may recall that we met to discuss this several months ago. This is a follow-up meeting to discuss further after the feedback given during that meeting.

There are three documents attached at the bottom of this email. Our current constitution, the proposed constitution (with changes in red), and a one-page summary of the changes that are reflected in the constitution.

Please take time to review these documents and prayerfully discern God’s leading in this ahead of the meeting this Saturday.

If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to one of the pastors before the meeting so we can discuss together!
