Berwick Baptist Weekly | Aug 3-9
Here are some of the things happening in our community this week.

What’s Coming Up
Summer Seek Prayer Night- This Sunday
Join us this coming Sunday night for the second of three Summer Seek Prayer Nights. We are gathering this summer to seek God together intentionally. This week, we’ll focus our prayers on Bless Berwick, lifting up the people, places, and needs of our town.
We’ll spend time in prayer at the church and then head out on a prayer walk through Berwick, asking God to move in power and love in every corner of our community.
This is a space where you can engage freely as you are comfortable and able!
Oasis this Weekend
This coming weekend is the annual gathering of the Canadian Baptist of Atlantic Canada called Oasis, and it’s happening right next door in Wolfville at Acadia University.
Check out the website linked below for all the details, but if you can make it out to any of the Rally Sessions, I would highly recommend them, as they are always powerful and encouraging.

What We Are Celebrating
Baptisms (again!) with Photo & Video Links
On July 27th, we had the honour and privilege to baptize seven individuals as a church. We are so thankful for this opprutunity and continuing to celebrate this as it represents the only reason we as a church exist- to see people follow Jesus.
We wanted to share with you links to the video of the baptisms as well as the photos taken during the baptisms.
Renovation Sounds!
As I sit here writing this newsletter on Tuesday afternoon, I am hearing the sounds of renovations. This is encouraging news as it represents continued progress in our heating renovation project.

One Prayer This Week
Pray for the Summer Seek Prayer night this Sunday. Pray that God would bless this time as we interceded in prayer for our town.
Talk soon,
Caleb
Berwick Baptist Church
P.S. Make plans to join us Sunday night for another Summer Seek Prayer Night around the theme of Bless Berwick.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
