Final Summer Seek Prayer Night: Renewal & Revival

This Sunday, we gather one last time for our Summer Seek series, a night set apart to seek God together in worship and prayer. We’ll meet at 6 PM at Berwick Baptist Church to lift our voices, pray for our church, our community, and for God’s kingdom to come in Berwick as it is in heaven.

If you’ve joined us before, you know these evenings have been full of God’s presence. If you haven’t yet, this is your chance, come expectant!

Heavy Lifting Help Needed!

We could use some extra hands tomorrow evening as we move materials for our building renovations, especially 70 sheets of drywall. If you’re free at 6:30 PM this Friday, come ready to lift and carry. Every set of hands will make a big difference.

Fall Kick-off Sunday- September 7th

Please mark your calendar and be in the room for our Fall Kick-Off on Sunday! On September 7, we’ll gather as a church family to launch into a new season of ministry and share our fall vision for Berwick Baptist. This is a day to celebrate what God is doing, look ahead with faith, and step forward together. You won’t want to miss it!

Vacation Update

Andrew will be back in the office this Monday—just in time for me (Caleb) to head out on vacation. I’m grateful for the opportunity to rest and recharge, and also thankful that Andrew was able to enjoy his own vacation time. I’ll be away for two weeks, returning on September 2. While I’m away, Andrew and Evan will be your go-to for anything you need.

Entryway Progress

When you walk in this Sunday, you’ll notice some exciting changes in our entryway, the first visible steps in our renovation journey! A huge thank you to Matt for all the work that’s gone in so far. This is just the beginning, and we’re grateful for the excitement and momentum these changes bring.

Summer Seek Prayer Walk

Last Sunday, three groups set out across Berwick to pray, covering homes, kids’ spaces, churches, medical facilities, and more. Many specific places were lifted before God, and it was powerful to walk our streets with eyes and hearts open to what He is doing. Thank you to everyone who stepped out in faith and prayed for our community!

One Prayer This Week

Pray for the heating renovation project that is making real progress. Pray for Matt as he leads this day-to-day and the Renovation Committee as they continue to guide the process. Pray that the Lord would guide things into place as needed over the coming weeks.
